These terms apply to DineDost, a product of SoftOps Technology LLP ("we", "us").

1. Licence

DineDost is licensed, not sold, to a restaurant for use at one location for the period and plan paid for. The licence is tied to the installation it is activated on.

2. Free trial

New installations include a 15-day free trial with all features. After the trial, a paid licence is needed to keep creating new orders. Existing data stays on the restaurant's computer.

3. The restaurant's responsibilities

The restaurant is responsible for the correctness of its menu, prices, tax settings and bills, for complying with GST and other laws, and for keeping its computer, Wi-Fi and backups safe.

4. Support and updates

Support is provided by phone and WhatsApp during the licence period. Updates are provided during the licence period.

5. Limitation of liability

DineDost is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the licence fee paid for the current period.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
